In this volume, learners and teachers explore the concept of peace and peace education on the personal, community, and global levels

In this unit we will learn about food from different perspectives. We will discover food groups, food pyramids and nutrients. We will also learn about healthy and unhealthy diets and how to calculate RDAs and calories. Finally, we will look at the world to compare food traditions and religious influence on diets.
