The purpose of this initiative is to build a capable civil society that is able and willing to engage with government and act with, and demand, integrity. The outcomes expected are: Greater understanding in local communities of the power of Community-Based Monitoring (CBM) in halting corruption through the introduction of trained Integrity Champions.
